This active, strengthening class begins by twisting and lengthening those sides then works them with side plank variations, progressing in difficulty.
TWIST AWAY, SIDE BEND, RELAX
This slow, class includes spinal rotation with lateral flexion. Stretch those sides and release restrictions in the shoulder joint.
BOAT TWIST + SINK
This energising twisting class will develop core strength and stability. Work the abdominals,
gradually increasing in intensity.
