This is a great foundation class. Really helpful explanation of the process on how to push from floor straight to plank, which I was finally able to do!

I have been doing a lot of the foundation classes lately but found my way back into the intermediate skills with Pincha Path and it was a great combination of strength and building the forearm skills. Using the strap was a breakthrough for me as my elbows are normally sliding everywhere in dolphin. Will definitely do this one again (in a couple weeks!)
I found myself going back to Tail after falling all over the place when I first tried it. Today was definitely a good day for balance :) I was having some tummy discomfort before but this definitely helped as well.

I'm pretty sure it was either twist bendy or spiral flow!

Fluid was really good for some single leg work. Really felt the hips working on those seated folds!😎
