The perfect balance to a busy and active schedule. The stretch times of 3-5minutes helps release tension, targeting the deep connective tissues of the body. It increases flexibility and circulation.
Booking in advance is essential. This pass cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hour in advance. Failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, will result in the class being deducted from the account.
