YIN classes are quiet, meditative practices with long, deep posture holds. These sessions use mindful relaxation within each posture to target the body’s connective tissue and promote the mobilisation of fascia. This practice can be tailored to each unique practitioner with the use of props, modified shapes, and mindfulness.
