compass arm balance requires, an open side body, shoulders, hamstrings and inner thighs. here we progressively open up to find ourselves in the peak posture

In this session, you will :

- strengthen and lengthen the side body, inner thighs and hamstrings
- work the upper body, improve shoulder stability
- play with similar compass shapes to get a feel for it before progressing into arm balance
- find your edge, focussing inward
