lifting out of splits / pressing into handstand requires a lot of core and upper body strength whilst being open in the back body

In this session, you will :

- develop strength and flexibility to tuck in, fold, press and lift
- work the core with various pike compressions
- lengthen the backline (hamstrings) in forward bends progressing to splits
- play with taking both feet off the ground
