YIN classes are quiet, meditative practices with long, deep posture holds. This class uses mindful relaxation within each posture to target the body’s connective tissue and promote the mobilisation of fascia. This practice can be tailored to each unique practitioner with the use of props, modified shapes, and mindfulness.

We pay respect to the traditional nature of the yoga practice, with a practical and functional approach to asana for today's bodies and minds. These sessions encourage personal exploration, possibility, and freedom of movement. 

PILATES is one of the oldest and most proven methods of developing core strength and stability. Pilates has been around for decades and its effectiveness is undeniable. Whether your routine consists of practicing yoga, weight Training or picking up your kids, you'll feel the benefits of Pilates cross over to your other fitness activities as well as in your daily life!
