Foot to Hip - Hips extended and adducted, knees extended, Legs active.
Spine - Find length & support in neutral.
Shoulder to Hand -

INTEGRATION

This is the most supportive of the headstands, if forearms are long enough with or without shoulder elevation, to take some or a lot of weight off the head and neck.
