STRETCHY SUZIE
Hello, I'm Suzie .. sorry I'm not a real human

Ruth and her Restoration Therapies provide a holistic treatment to restore people to full natural well being. The level of clinical training is professional and has a full understanding of anatomy and physiology. The underlying theme of peace is a foundational value of the treatment. Life is often busy, people have a wide range of pressures on them and a variety of different demands on their time. All too easily we forget to monitor and maintain our health; our bodies suffer from the pace of life and our stress levels rise. Complementary Therapies can help to bring our bodies into a more balanced state while also providing a safe place for people to have time for themselves to stop, refocus and to be restored.
RUTH HUGHES

From the self-confessed reserved beginner who could barely touch her toes or do a press-up when she first began yoga, Becky has steadily reconditioned her body and mind to become the dedicated practitioner that she is today. An ERYT with Yoga Alliance, who began her training in the fitness discipline, she reads widely on the subjects of yoga, philosophy and anatomy and aims always to incorporate this reading in her teaching programme. Though desirous to challenge herself and others, she is also aware of the need for meditation and relaxation. As a practitioner and teacher, Becky is attuned to the requirements of the group and designs every session with this in mind, showing flexibility of practice at all times.

CATE HOPKINS

Stu has always been interested in philosophy and spirituality. He stumbled onto the path of Asana Yoga with a little apprehension, thinking he wasn’t flexible enough! This illusion was soon dissolved and so the journey began.
Since gaining his 200 hour yoga qualification, he teaches a mixed ability vinyasa flow class for all ages. With the emphasis on building confidence, flexibility and an understanding of the foundations and principles of yoga.
Stu’s classes have a nice relaxed atmosphere with incense & candles. Pace is steady but challenging connecting breath and movement to give you a good workout, leaving you with a feeling of calmness and clarity of mind.
STU EDWARDS

Yasmin consistently uses yoga as a tool to maintain equilibrium in her life.
Humbly embracing a yogic journey, she seeks ways to learn and grow and encourages this in her class. Offering informative and challenging classes for all levels, Yasmin isn’t afraid to guide her students to their utmost edge.
Despite the powerful style to the class, the pace is gentle and nurturing, with a focus on breath, alignment, and core engagement to ensure everyone is working with their pranayama. Yasmin
utilises her natural sensitive awareness to create and instruct a yoga class that will leave the student energised, calm and relaxed.
