Yin yoga - a stilling practice which cultivates a deep sense of awareness and the capacity for limitless potential through a profound release of mind/body stresses and conditioning. The perfect antidote to urban life, Yin focuses on releasing and letting go via the deep musculature of the body and connective tissues, aiding physical, energetic, mental and emotional flexibility. It is the ideal complement and balance to ‘doing' a dynamic practice. 

Slow paced class, holding floor based postures for up to 5 minutes. Relaxing muscles, improving joints range of motion and strength. Class may use tools for self myofascial release, such as; foam rollers, lacrosse balls, therapy balls, therabands. Different stretch techniques. Learn about your body, posture, habits. 

All the tutors were trained together here at Stretchy Suzie's so classes will be similar, - true yin yoga, and will vary only by the personality of the instructor  and their personal influences and passions.

Power progressions is an energetic vinyasa yoga class that gradually builds in intensity wether that be a deeper stretch, a stronger position or a longer hold. 

This class aims to develop useful, functional, athletic abilities and maximise strength. This class links body movement with breath in a progressive flowing sequence.

There's always options to step up or step back if needed or preferred, allowing for a range of abilities with plenty of options for the beginner or the more advanced yogi.
